Description
The Portland Public Schools is seeking bids for the Oakwood Elementary CR Remodeling Project. The project involves remodeling one existing large classroom to create two new classrooms, including selective demolition and installation of new materials. The successful bidder will be awarded using the AIA A101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor.
• The project scope of work includes remodeling, selective demolition, and installation of new materials.
• The project does not require prevailing wages.
• The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 9, 2026, at Oakwood Elementary.
