Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Subcontractors for OGS – Replace Elevator at Centralized Services Building, located at 1006 35th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11106. All work to be performed per the prevailing wages. The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE Subcontractors include:
· Asbestos Abatement
· Handling of Lead Containing Materials
· Structural Steel Framing
· Penetration Firestopping, Joint Sealants
· Interior Painting
· Elevator
· HVAC
· Electrical, Electronic Safety and Security
