Articulated Loader for Campus Services

Iowa State University’s Facilities Planning & Management Department is seeking qualified contractors to supply, deliver, and install an articulated loader for campus services. The procurement is conducted as a public RFP (RFQ‑1001509). Bids must be submitted electronically by September 17, 2026. Questions must be submitted by September 14, 2026. The loader must be new, meet university specifications, and be accompanied by appropriate warranties, safety data sheets, and compliance documentation (e.g., accessibility, hazardous material handling, export controls). The contractor is responsible for packaging, delivery, installation, and any required post‑delivery support.
