NEW CURRENT MODEL EIGHT CUBIC YARD STAINLESS STEEL DUMP BODY

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for a new current model eight cubic yard stainless steel dump body. The bid opening date is March 19, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine the drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest bid. • The bid must be submitted on the forms furnished by WYDOT. • The bid must be signed by a proper official of the supplier. • No verbal explanations, clarifications, additions, or instructions will be binding to either the Agency or the Bidders, except those confirmed in writing. • The Contractor shall keep informed of and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the performance of this Contract. • The Contractor shall release, indemnify, and hold harmless the State, the Agency, and their officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, court awards, damages, costs, attorneys’ fees, and expenses arising out of Contractor’s failure to perform any of Contractor’s duties and obligations hereunder.
