• Mandatory requirements: OEM‑certified mechanics, New Mexico dealer status, 2‑year (bumper‑to‑bumper) and 5‑year (power‑train) warranties, delivery within 180 working days, minimum four‑hour operator training at delivery, and provision of full technical documentation.
• Financial terms: Net‑30 payment, FOB Destination, $25 per unit per day late‑delivery penalty, firm unit prices for the term of the agreement, and optional bulk‑discount fields.
