Description
The City of Douglasville is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build improvement of the Brightstar Road and Brightstar Connector intersection. The scope includes upgrading the traffic signal (mast arms, video detection, underground connectivity), installing new signage, striping, crosswalks, and ADA‑compliant sidewalks, and performing associated paving and utility work. The contractor must maintain traffic flow during construction, provide all labor, materials, equipment, and shop drawings, and comply with all applicable codes.
