Morgantown Bike Skills Pump Track

The City of Morgantown is seeking bids for the construction of a bike skills pump track. The project includes site preparation, construction of a concrete skatepark, asphaltic concrete bike skills features, accessible pathways, seating, parking, and a bike repair stand. The project is being funded by a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant, and the contractor shall adhere to all grant requirements. The contractor must have experience building skateparks and pump tracks, and provide documentation to show they are qualified. • The project includes a portland cement concrete skatepark built in place, with a halfpipe, mini-ramp, and other features. • The project includes a series of asphaltic concrete bike skills features, such as progressive jumps and bank returns. • The project includes site amenities, such as accessible pathways, seating, parking, and a bike repair stand. • The contractor shall build generally according to the concept plan attached, but may deviate within the footprint with written approval from the client. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
