BFO-CSnow-Pipette Calibrataion FY27

The Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s Birmingham Field Office seeks a qualified vendor to perform on‑site pipette calibration, repair, and certification for up to sixteen (16) laboratory pipettes on a bi‑annual basis throughout FY 2027. The contractor must provide visual inspections, gravimetric testing at three levels, cleaning/polishing, and issue calibration certificates and stickers for each instrument after each visit. Qualified firms must employ an EPPENDORF‑trained technician, use Sartorius balances calibrated to NIST‑traceable standards, and offer a six‑month calibration guarantee.
