The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Ft. Myers, Florida, with a required square footage of 8,806 square feet. The space must be located in a modern quality building with a secure method for detainee transport and meet specific security requirements, including Security Standard Level III. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years. The space must be accessible 24/7 and have secured and fenced parking with an automatic vehicular gate.
Some key requirements include:
• Space must be located on the 2nd story or higher, or have a 20’ setback if on the 1st floor.
• The space must provide maximum flexibility for systems furniture placement with few or no columns or other building or architectural obstructions.
• A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the RLP/Lease to be issued.
