Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for Phases 4-6 of the Restack at the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse. The project involves the renovation of interior federal court space, including judges' chambers, integrated workspace, and jury assembly area. The contractor must demonstrate recent and relevant experience, including successful completion of similar projects within the last five years. The project is estimated to last 210 calendar days and has a total small business set-aside procurement strategy.
Key requirements include:
• Experience on similar projects, including renovation of interior federal court space
• Key personnel, including a GC Principal Project Manager and a GC On-site Project Superintendent
• Past performance of the offeror, including submission of two Past Performance Questionnaires
• Bonding requirement, including sufficient bonding capacity for a project of at least $15M and an aggregate bonding capacity of at least $25M
• Capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity
