Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value, but a full‑scale courthouse building in Kentucky typically ranges from $5 million to $15 million based on comparable state projects, size, and the extensive trade mix listed (structural, MEP, finishes, security, etc.). The low end assumes a modest footprint and efficient design; the high end reflects higher material costs, complex security systems, and potential schedule extensions.
