Description
The New Bedford Housing Authority is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous maintenance materials, including water heaters, ranges, refrigerators, floor tile, counter tops, kitchen cabinets, janitorial supplies, electrical supplies, plumbing and heating supplies, paint, and miscellaneous hardware. The contract term is one year, and the total estimated combined contract cost is $730,000. Bidders must submit sealed bids by January 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

• Bidders must submit a signed Form For Bids, a signed Certification of Non-Collusion, a signed Revenue Enforcement and Protection (REAP) Certification, and a signed U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) FORM 5369-C Certifications and Representations of Offerors - Non-Construction.
• The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
