Description
The project involves the full construction of Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units (OTxHU) at North Central Bronx Hospital. It is a single‑prime, competitive sealed‑bid contract covering demolition, site work, structural, MEP, interior finishes, security systems, and a full suite of related construction services. The award will be governed by NYC Health + Hospitals’ Project Labor Agreement and includes mandatory pre‑bid meetings and strict MWBE participation goals.
