Description
This solicitation concerns the complete renovation of the main entryways at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, NY. The work includes demolition of existing vestibules, removal of asbestos‑containing roofing, structural concrete and steel work, new masonry, finish installations, full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑protection upgrades, as well as site grading, utility coordination, and traffic control. The contract will be awarded on a competitive sealed‑bid basis and is subject to NYC H+H Project Labor Agreement and a 27 % M/WBE participation requirement.
