The NYCDOT Division of Bridges is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the full component rehabilitation of eight (8) bridge structures located throughout Brooklyn. The work encompasses structural steel repair, bearing replacement, concrete deck removal and polymer‑overlay placement, traffic‑control and work‑zone management, coordination with multiple railroads (LIRR, NYCTA, NYA), compliance with M/WBE participation goals, and adherence to NYC prevailing‑wage and apprenticeship requirements. The contract will be a fixed‑price construction agreement with a performance‑bond requirement and a completion deadline of 910 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
• Rehabilitation of bridge superstructures, substructures, decks, bearings, steel members, and protective coatings.
• Required coordination with LIRR, NYCTA, and NYA for track‑level work, flagging, and outage scheduling.
