Demolition at 223 S 3rd St

The City of Avondale is seeking a licensed and qualified contractor to provide demolition services, including all material and labor, for the property at 223 S 3rd St, Avondale, AZ 85323. The scope of work includes obtaining necessary permits, demolishing and removing all structures, bringing the property to grade, and removing trash, debris, and dead vegetation. The contractor will be required to sign a Professional Services Agreement and complete the project by April 28, 2026. • The contractor must provide all necessary permits and file asbestos reports (NESHAP) • The contractor must demolish and remove all structures on site • The contractor must bring the property to grade and remove foundation slabs and footings • The contractor must remove all trash, debris, and dead vegetation from the site • The contractor must place a berm 3 feet away from the sidewalk on the west and south sides of the property
