Description
The Town of Greig is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to prepare a comprehensive update to the Town’s Zoning Law. In 2024, the Town was awarded funding to develop its first Comprehensive Plan, which is anticipated to be adopted in April 2026. The Zoning Law Update will be guided by and implement the goals, policies, and recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan. Updates to zoning administration, including application materials and Planning Board Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), will also be included to support effective and consistent implementation. Two updates to the Zoning Law are expected, one that addresses two key issues raised in the Comprehensive Plan by Dec 2026 and then a second and final update to the Zoning Law.
