99--Notice Regarding Dept. of the Interior, IBC, AQD to close contracts.

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is planning to close out contracts that have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced, and have a remaining balance of zero dollars. The contracts listed in the attachment will be closed out in accordance with FAR 4.804. Vendors identified in the attached contract list are notified of the upcoming closeout action and can contact the point of contact (POC) if they prefer a bilateral contract closeout modification or have a valid reason why the closeout should not proceed. • The contracts to be closed out have expired periods of performance and zero remaining balances. • Vendors can contact the POC to request a bilateral contract closeout modification or to provide a valid reason for not proceeding with the closeout. • The closeout will be done in accordance with FAR 4.804.
