Description
Delgado Community College is seeking a bidder to reupholster 320 auditorium seats at the Timothy K. Baker Theater on the City Park Campus. The successful bidder will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal, replacement, and installation of new seat coverings. The work must be completed between December 13, 2025, and January 10, 2026. The bidder must have experience in reupholstering seats and must provide references from at least three commercial accounts serviced in the last 12 months.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workers' compensation and liability insurance.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance before commencing work.
• The bidder must ensure that all work is performed in a workmanlike manner and meets industry standards.
• The bidder must maintain a safe and secure work site and ensure that all workers sign in and out upon arrival and departure.
