Heritage High School Parking Lot Reseal, Crackfill & Stripe

The Saginaw Township Community Schools is seeking bids for the reseal, crackfill, and stripe of the Heritage High School parking lot. The project includes cleaning and preparing the existing asphalt surface, filling all visible cracks, applying asphalt sealcoat, restriping all existing parking lot markings, and numbering parking spaces. The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, traffic control, and cleanup necessary to complete the project. The work must be scheduled to minimize disruption to school operations and must be completed by August 17th. • The contractor shall provide a complete parking lot maintenance project • The contractor shall verify existing site conditions, parking lot limits, traffic flow, striping layout, parking space count, numbering requirements, and all other relevant field conditions before beginning work • The contractor shall provide warranty information for all labor and materials included in the project • The contractor shall maintain a safe work area throughout the project and prevent unauthorized access to freshly sealed or painted areas • The contractor shall keep the work area clean and orderly throughout the project and remove all debris, equipment, excess materials, containers, tape, cones, and temporary signage from the site upon completion
