Description
The Houston County School District (GA) is soliciting bids to design and construct new baseball and softball fields at Perry High School (Phase 3). The work includes demolition of existing asphalt, concrete and utilities; site grading; installation of new playing surfaces; construction of associated structures, walkways, and parking areas; and related lighting and site improvements. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference on‑site, submit a bid bond (5 % of bid), and be prepared to provide performance and payment bonds (100 % of contract amount).
