The project involves the renovation of two existing group living homes at Oakwood residential care facility in Somerset, Kentucky. The scope of work includes architectural renovations, MEP renovations, and other related tasks. The project requires the complete demolition of most of the existing interior construction, construction of a revised interior plan, and replacement of all existing windows with new aluminum window systems.
