The Department of the Air Force is seeking quotes for 4000 gallons of AMS 1435 Certified Liquid Deicer. The deicer will be used by the 316 CES. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and technical acceptability. The contractor must provide a statement acknowledging their technical capabilities to provide the requirements and provide product specs to be compared to the salient characteristics.
