The Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is issuing an RFQ for brand‑name CAMFIL APC HemiPleat® cartridge filters to be used in blast booths at two locations (Albany, GA and Camp Lejeune, NC). The requirement calls for 550 units of part FLTR‑GS‑GR‑325 (P/N 325325001) and 96 units of part FLTR‑GS‑XG‑325 (P/N 325325014). All filters must be the specified CAMFIL brand; non‑brand items will be rejected. Vendors must be registered in SAM, provide their Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, and Federal Tax ID, and submit a complete quote (including any shipping costs) via email to the contracting officer. Quotes must be fully priced, technically compliant, and valid for 90 days. Delivery is “FOB Destination” to the two sites, with no partial deliveries accepted. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced technically capable offerer, with evaluation also considering SPRS and required certifications under FAR 52.240‑90.
