APY-10 Radar Non-Recurring Engineering

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking information on the capability to provide supplies and services for the APY-10 Radar, including non-recurring engineering, software retrofit installation, and technical and integrated logistics support. The information submitted should address the feasibility of performing the aforementioned tasks and include specific relevant technical and management experience performed in the past five years. • The APY-10 Radar is used in the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. • The Government intends to issue delivery orders under the Basic Ordering Agreement, N00019-25-G-0009. • The anticipated award dates for the respective actions begin in the fourth quarter of Government Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 through 2031. • Deliveries are expected to begin in FY27. • The Government is seeking information on the capability to provide supplies and services, including technical and integrated logistics support.
