Skyking Road Extension & Phelan Drive Project

The Skyking Road Extension & Phelan Drive Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the project. The work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies, and applicable regulations. The project includes tasks such as clearing and grubbing, pavement grinding, pavement removal, tree removal, roadway excavation, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, slurry seal, pavement delineation, construction of curb, gutter, and separated sidewalk, sidewalk curb ramps, colored concrete driveway, landscaping and irrigation, installation of drainage facilities, a 12” potable water system, traffic signal modification, street lighting, roadway signage, and other work specified on the plans and in the Special Provisions. • The project requires a valid California contractor's license with the classification of General Engineering Contractor, Class A. • The project is subject to the California Air Resources Board Advanced Clean Fleets regulations. • The project requires compliance with the Labor Compliance Program and prevailing wage requirements. • The project includes a Plant Establishment Period (120 Days). • The project requires submission of a bid guarantee, which must be a bidder bond, a certified check or cashier's check payable to the Treasurer of the County of Sacramento, or cash. • The project requires submission of a non-collusion declaration and an Iran Contracting Act Disclosure Form.
