Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the supply of hay and straw for the Kentucky Horse Park. The park requires various types of hay, including Orchard Grass/Alfalfa, Timothy Grass/Alfalfa, and Timothy Grass/Orchard Grass, as well as baled straw. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the products within 7 days of order and provide labor and equipment for unloading and stacking. The bid will be evaluated based on price, delivery, and other factors.
• The park requires 5 tons of baled straw, 20 tons of Orchard Grass/Alfalfa hay, 20 tons of Timothy Grass/Alfalfa hay, 80 tons of Timothy Grass/Orchard Grass hay, and 4 tons of Western Straight Alfalfa hay.
• Deliveries must be made to specific barns on the premises and may require stacking in a loft setting.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing labor and equipment for unloading and stacking the products.
• The bid must include a completed bid information form, best price, and best delivery information.
