Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the construction of a pre-manufactured storage building at the Mill Creek Barrier Dam. The project includes the provision and installation of a metal building with a minimum square footage of 4000 square feet, 16' eave height, and a 2:12 pitch roof. The building will have five commercial grade steel garage doors, two commercial grade steel man-doors, and full cover trim on all doors, corners, edges, and eaves. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with prevailing wage laws. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder.

• Steel construction, painted
• Insulated walls and roof
• Gutters
• 5 - commercial grade steel 12’x14’ garage doors (non-insulated)
• 2 - commercial grade steel man-doors (with deadbolt locks)
The successful bidder will be required to provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
