Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $5 million to $15 million, considering the scope of work, which includes full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection upgrades, as well as upgrades to the existing parking areas. The project's complexity and the requirement for a qualified General Contractor also suggest a higher budget. However, without more specific information about the project's budget, this estimate is based on general industry standards for similar projects. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of materials, labor, and equipment, as well as the contractor's overhead and profit margins.
