Custodial Supplies and Repair of Equipment

The Gordon County School System is seeking a vendor to supply custodial chemicals and supplies for maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions within their facilities. The successful vendor will also be responsible for repairing all custodial equipment. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to three additional years. The vendor must provide a comprehensive list of all products offered, including pricing, and must be able to repair equipment in a timely manner. • The vendor must provide inside delivery to all schools/locations once weekly. • The vendor must provide a preventative maintenance program for all equipment. • The vendor must provide training for all custodial staff on the use and safety of products. • The vendor must provide a certified technician for repairs to all equipment. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive list of all products offered, including pricing.
