The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (“Authority”, “DCWWA”, or “Owner”), is soliciting proposals (“RFP”) from qualified construction administration professional firms for construction administration services for the following project:
West Dorsey Water Main Extension - Construction Administration and Observation Services
The scope of construction administration services includes:
· Task 1 – Project Management
· Task 2 – Construction Administration, Submittal Review, Field Observation, etc.
· Task 3 – Commissioning
· Task 4 – Post construction/close-out
· Task 5 – Reimbursable Costs
· Task 6 – Additional Services
