The Jones County School System is seeking proposals from a responsive and responsible vendor to provide two DW Servers. This contract will be for 1 year, beginning on July 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to 5 years. The selected supplier will be required to provide the goods and/or services outlined in the eRFQ. • The contract term will be for 3 years with the option to renew for up to 5 years. • The supplier must provide two DW Servers. • The contract will begin on July 1, 2026. • The supplier must comply with all requirements outlined in the eRFQ, including insurance and bonding requirements. • The supplier must submit a cost proposal and complete all required forms and documents.
