Description
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is requesting a price bid for the Streamline Pro MultiCal System Model SX instrument. The instrument must be manufactured by Chinook Engineering, which is a division of Pace Analytical Services. The bid must include all costs, including shipping and handling. The delivery location is DEP, Bureau of Laboratories, 2575 Interstate Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9332.
• The bidder must supply a price for all items listed in the IFB item list section.
• Award will be made based on the lowest grand total price.
• The quantities contained in the IFB section are estimated only and may increase or decrease dependent upon the needs of DEP.
• Payment to the contractor shall be made within approximately 30 business days after invoice receipt at the unit bid price for the quantities supplied.
