Solicitation - Narrow Linewidth Laser

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for a Narrow Linewidth Laser. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the Government intends to award a single contract. The laser must meet or exceed all minimum requirements specified in the solicitation. Quoters must provide a technical quotation, a price quotation, and terms and conditions. The technical quotation should include a technical description, product literature, and confirmation of the quoter's ability to meet delivery terms. The price quotation should include a firm fixed price for each line item and shipping and delivery costs. • The quoter must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. • The quoter must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the line item. • The quotation must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer. • The Government reserves the right not to award a purchase order and to make an award without discussions based solely upon initial quotes.
