Description
The Township of Burlington is soliciting sealed bids for the complete milling, overlay, and related roadway‑marking work on Oxmead Road, covering two contiguous phases (Phase II: 525 LF north of Ridgewood Way to Hancock Lane; Phase III: Hancock Lane to Bromley Boulevard). The work includes dense‑graded aggregate placement, HMA milling and resurfacing, crack repairs, installation of thermoplastic traffic stripes and markings, raised pavement markers, and minor utility resets (manhole and water valve boxes). Bidders must provide a bid bond of at least 10 % of the total bid (capped at $20,000), a $45 plan‑fee, and all required NJ surety and ownership disclosures.
