Renovation of Wading Pool at Sun N Fun Lagoon

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the wading pool at Sun N Fun Lagoon. The scope of work includes the renovation of the wading pool and surge pit, replacement of valves, and installation of new marcite and tile. The contractor must have experience working on pumps and provide labor and parts warranties. The project requires compliance with OSHA safety standards and applicable federal, state, and local laws. • The contractor shall use a qualified professional with experience and ability for all repairs. • The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for maintenance services, repairs, and miscellaneous services. • The contractor shall comply with all OSHA safety standards, rules, and regulations, as well as all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contractor shall supply all required safety equipment and properly trained employees. • The contractor shall have a minimum of three years of commercial experience working on pumps from five horsepower to one hundred fifty horsepower.
