The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking quotes for the procurement of 110 FirstLook Robotic Systems and Flir Firstlook Consumables Kits in support of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Tunisia. The contractor must provide the required supplies, including the robotic systems and consumables kits, with specific specifications. The quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach. • The contractor must demonstrate that they can meet the specifications provided in the combined synopsis/solicitation. • The technical element of the evaluation will be based solely on information furnished by the vendor. • The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not provided in the quote. • The price will be evaluated based upon the total proposed price for the items listed. • The award will be made to the offeror with the lowest priced quote with an acceptable rating in the Technical factor and an acceptable (or Not Applicable (N/A) rating in the Past Performance factor.
