Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure an online career assessment system to help determine a Veteran's abilities, aptitudes, and interests. The system should provide a tailored path of career and education options for veterans and have an online portal accessible by both Veterans and VR&E staff via the internet. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The system should have the ability to be administered in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, and have unlimited toll-free support.
• The system should be a commercially available "off-the-shelf" online subscription service.
• The system should assess a Veteran's vocational abilities/aptitudes, interests, and work values.
• The system should have an online portal that is accessible by both Veteran and VR&E staff via the internet.
• The contract should allow the purchase of additional assessments during the contract year if the need exists to serve VR&E Veterans.
• The system should have the ability to be administered in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
• The system should have unlimited toll-free support.
• The system should have online updates that are released during the subscription period.
• The system should be able to return unused and/or partially used tests to the pool of available tests for use by future Veterans upon request of VR&E leadership.
