Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified businesses to determine if there are sufficient sources to provide DoVera DE12 Examination Lights. The scope of work includes removing existing lights, installing new lights, and performing other related tasks. Interested firms should submit their responses, including business information such as SAM UEI, organization name, and socio-economic status, by 1 July 2026. The government will use the responses to make an acquisition decision.
Key tasks include:
• Assist in filing out ICRA / PICRA paperwork
• Attend an onsite meeting to discuss the work with staff
• Provide a schedule of work
• Set up plastic zip walls at door to room
• Remove existing lights and install new lights
• Patch and paint areas around where existing lights were
• Replace ceiling tiles
• Perform a broom sweep clean of the room when work is completed
