Open, Inspect, Hydraulic Pump

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to perform overhaul services on a hydraulic pump. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to inspect, estimate, and overhaul the pump. The overhaul services shall cover the entire pump, including disassembly, inspection, and replacement of parts as necessary. The contractor shall also provide a detailed estimate of the overhaul cost, including material, labor, testing, preservation, packaging, and marking costs. The pump shall be tested in accordance with the OEM recommended test procedure, and the contractor shall provide all test equipment and personnel necessary for the testing. • The contractor shall ensure that all replacement parts are new OEM parts. • The contractor shall maintain documentation of the paint type, color, and application. • The contractor shall provide a test report, including the results of all tests conducted. • The contractor shall preserve, package, and mark each pump in accordance with the specified requirements.
