Sidewalks and Ramps – Maintenance Contract

The City of Huntington is seeking a WV‑licensed general contractor to perform maintenance, repair, and ADA‑compliant upgrades to sidewalks, curbs, and ramps throughout the city. The work includes removal of existing sidewalk sections, concrete sidewalk installation of various widths, curb and gutter replacement, utility adjustments, and installation of ADA‑compliant curb ramps. The contract is scenario‑based, with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year extensions (maximum five years), and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the qualifications and bonding requirements.
