Landscape and General Outside Maintenance Services for Freeways and On Ramps

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified landscape‑maintenance firm to provide comprehensive outside maintenance for multiple freeway on‑ and off‑ramp locations. The contractor will be responsible for turf care, irrigation system inspection and repair, vegetation management, hard‑surface upkeep, waste removal, and related safety and traffic‑control duties across roughly 1.56 million sq ft of roadway right‑of‑way. The contract is initially for three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and performance will be monitored through monthly schedules and reports.
