Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies for the CHP Oroville Area Office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and maintain a valid Local City or County Business License.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that offers the lowest cost.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The bidder must certify that it possesses the required qualification requirements, including license and certification requirements.
• The bidder must submit a bid package that includes all required attachments and documentation.
• The bidder must comply with all instructions and requirements outlined in the IFB.
