Oakmont Lift Station and Force Main

The City of Bryan is seeking a contractor to construct a new sanitary sewer lift station, associated force main, utilities, access improvements, electrical infrastructure, erosion control measures, and a bid alternate gravity sewer line. The project includes offsite and onsite electrical improvements, and the contractor shall implement and maintain all required erosion and sedimentation control measures throughout the duration of construction. The estimated budget for the project is $1.4 million, and the projected completion date is 60 calendar days from the commencement date. Key responsibilities include mobilization and construction staking, installation of force main piping, construction of a new package lift station, and installation of a crushed stone access road. • The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct the lift station and force main. • The contractor shall comply with the City of Bryan and BTU standards. • The contractor shall provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. • The contractor shall provide performance and payment bonds within 7 business days after City Council Award of Contract. • The contractor shall maintain insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property. • The contractor shall comply with the City's procurement policies and procedures.
