NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AN OUT-OF-SCOPE BILATERAL CONTRACT MODIFICATION

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) intends to negotiate a sole source modification to extend the period of performance of its current contract with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC for shuttle bus services. The services will provide regular and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant shuttle buses for DCSA employees at the Boyers, PA Iron Mountain facility. The contract modification will extend the current shuttle bus services by three months at the current contract rate. • The shuttle bus services will operate between the outside upper parking areas and work areas inside the facility during designated hours of operation. • Iron Mountain exercises exclusive and comprehensive control over all access to the property, including roadways, parking areas, and internal transportation infrastructure used for the shuttle bus route. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide services identical to the shuttle services, which must include detailed technical documentation with specific evidence supporting the claim.
