USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) BONDING STRAP FOR MK 06 MOD 3 CIWS MT21; REPLACE BONDING STRAP FOR MK 16 MOD 3 CIWS MT24; REPLACE

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to replace bonding straps for the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47). The work will take place at the Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan, from 08/10/2026 to 10/31/2026. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site will issue a competitive solicitation to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan. • The contractor must meet the necessary criteria and provide documentation to demonstrate authorization to perform this work in Japan. • The contractor will be responsible for replacing bonding straps for the MK 06 MOD 3 CIWS MT21 and MK 16 MOD 3 CIWS MT24. • The contractor must ensure that all work is completed within the specified period of performance.
