Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is issuing a sole‑source delivery order to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) for the procurement of airframe structural modification, replacement, and avionics wiring harness kits supporting the MH‑60S Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). The requirement covers the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of kits that will extend the service life of MH‑60S helicopters for an estimated performance period of 48 months after award. The work will be performed at LM RMS’s facility in Owego, NY, and the contract will be negotiated under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001923G0002.
