Description
The Air Force is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price ID/IQ contract to supply Production Modification Kits (Kit Groups A, B, E) and provide interim contractor support for the B‑52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP). The effort includes manufacturing of long‑lead‑time and non‑lead‑time parts, associated spares, tooling, data packages, and on‑site logistics and field‑service support at Tinker AFB. The contract is structured for a basic four‑year period with up to six one‑year options, potentially extending to ten years. Offerors must meet AS9100/ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, maintain CMMC Level 2 certification, and comply with numerous FAR/DFARS clauses including economic price adjustments and buy‑American requirements.
