Description
The City of College Park is seeking a contractor to remodel the bunk room at the fire station. The project includes constructing eight cubicles, installing new flooring, painting, and adding lockers. The contractor must comply with Georgia building codes and ensure minimal disruption to fire department operations. The city requires a valid Georgia General Contractor license and registration as a vendor with the City of College Park's Purchasing Department.
• Cubicle construction with 32-inch louvered doors and lockable doors
• Installation of 12 mm luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or tile (LVT) flooring
• Painting with Sherwin-Williams paint and two coats minimum
• Locker installation with reuse of existing trim where possible
• Compliance with Georgia building codes and fire safety standards
