San Pedro II Level 6 & 7 Build Out PP-22607963

UTSA is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the interior finish‑out of the sixth and seventh floors of the San Pedro II building, creating new research laboratories, restrooms, lobbies, and supporting spaces for the College of AI, Cyber and Computing. The work includes demolition, structural modifications, MEP installation, interior partitions, lighting, flooring, millwork, and full commissioning. A deductive alternate allows removal of the western portion of the 7th floor instead of full finish‑out. The contract requires a HUB subcontracting plan, compliance with Texas prevailing‑wage rates, and a 5 % bid bond. • Complete interior build‑out of Levels 6‑7 (lab spaces, restrooms, lobby, core areas) • Provide all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑protection, AV, and security systems per detailed specifications • Offer a deductive alternate for partial removal of the 7th‑floor western wing • Submit HUB‑certified subcontracting plan and meet prevailing‑wage and safety requirements
